We are so glad you are considering going with Baby Grace Photography on one of the most important days of your life.  We pride ourselves in our ability to offer you something truly unique in the field of photography. We are a team of two that will dedicate themselves to every aspect of your wedding.  95% of the pictures you see on our site were taken by Jennifer, the other 5% by Tommy.  You know exactly what quality of work you will be getting.

We like to get to know our clients and get to know what exactly they are looking for in their images for their special day.  You can choose from one of our pre-made packages, or we can work with you to build a package with the exact elements you want.  Lastly, you can choose to just piece your coverage together 'a la carte' style for the greatest amount of customization.  even a combination of all three can be used.

We usually start booking up for wedding dates starting at about 15 months prior to the wedding date, once you get to the 6-month range, you will surely be risking having a hard time finding vendors for your wedding.  You can view our availability on our website through the 'booking' link. We keep that calendar as up to date as we can, always be sure to email us when you are considering us as well, so we can be sure to notify you of our up-to-date availability.

You want it...we got it... For starters, we are sort of a 'one-stop-shop', when it comes to weddings. We say this because of all of the 'extras' you can get with us, that aren't normally offered through other photographers. Here is a list of some of our offerings:

Destination Weddings... Another thing that we specialize in is 'Destination Weddings.' We have done weddings in various places across the US (Indianapolis, Detroit, Cleveland, West Virginia, Florida, New York) as well as weddings in other countries (Belgium & Italy). For destination weddings, we do pricing on a case-by-case basis, so please inquire for details.
Access to your pictures... Not many people realize this when planning their weddings, but when its over, you usually have a lots of people contacting you to see when the pictures will be up and how they can view them. Well, we have solved this dilemma for you and eliminated the stress that goes along with it. We have business card-sized magnets that we put out at each table at the receptions, the states how to access the images and when they will be available. These magnets can often times be keepsakes as well, because if you do engagement pictures with us as well, we generally put an image from your session on the magnet. Also, if you do not wish for us to put out these magnets on the tables, we will happily not do it for you as well.

Booking a Session

Booking a session with us is quite easy.  All you need to do is contact us by phone or email and request a day and time for an appointment.

Once we finalize a day and time, you can make your purchase for your session right through our website, using the 'Store' link.

We are happy to announce we have just revamped our packages. We tweaked a few, kept a few the same, and added a bunch.

We have two sections of packages...Single Session Packages and Multi-Session Packages. And as always, everyhting is fully customizeable, but we feel that we have a great starting point in all of these packages...and maybe you won't even need/want to customize anything!

All of our packages include Jennifer as your main photographer and they all will include a secure online hosting gallery to view the images after the wedding.  images are posted 3 weeks after your wedding.

We have two ways of doing packages. You can either select on of our pre-made packages below and then add on 'a la carte' items when needed, or you can build from the ground up using the a la carte items.

Card,Magnet, Bookmark, & T-Shirt Prices

We have just totally revamped how we price our cards, to give you a better selection of sizes and quantities. We lowered our 'per card' prices, and are just adding a one time 'design fee' for any card orders. This will allow you to get more cards of the same design for cheaper. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will explain in more detail. Our design fee is $75 per design.

So, for example, if you want two different christmas card designs, 100 of each, size 4x6, the cost would be: 2*($75)+2*($53.93) = $257.86

With our old prices, this would have cost you: $338.00

Holiday Cards

Our favorite designs for cards are the nice, big postcards, where you can show off the most images. You can do several different sizes of cards, including: postcards (4" x 6", 5.5" x 8.5", 5" x 7", 4" x 9"), folded greeting cards (4.25" x 5.5", 8.5" x 5.5"), and magnets (5.47" x 4.21").

Movie Posters

Want something unique for your wedding? We can take images from your engagement session, or images from a special 'movie poster' session and create a poster of you and your fiancee of one of your favorite movies. These can also be modified to work for 'Save the Dates'.

Pricing:

One poster design: $100 for design, $65 for first poster, $40 for duplicates.

Two poster designs: $165 for design, $120 for first posters, $35/poster for duplicates.

Poster size: 20" x 30" (other sizes available upon request at different pricing)

Text/Picture Mosaic

Here's something you won't see anywhere else. It's a Text/Picture Mosaic! Something new we started doing and people are loving it. The design fee is $75 and then you can order a print of whatever size you want.

Jones Soda Bottles

Here is something unique you can use as centerpieces or a gift to your head table or even all of your guests. It's a picture from your engagement session printed on a Jones soda bottle. We can do pics from your wedding as well to send out later as gifts!
