Leah's Maternity Session

We just wanted to share some images from one of our recent maternity sessions. We had such a great time with these two. It's so great when we get to have fun and do creative things with clients!

When I met Leah she and her husband were so comfortable to be around. I loved that they were glowing about the new life they were about to meet. She is such a beautiful mom already and I really enjoyed getting to do these fun maternity photographs. I think it shows just how beautiful women are when they are pregnant!

Leah most certainly is...

Leah we can't wait to meet your new baby any day now. Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy...

Coming to Towne...

Well, we had a really fun photoshoot last weekend. We photoed Michelle & Brad's new baby girl.

Michelle & Brad are a real cute couple who recently moved back to the Indianapolis area from our beloved Chicago. They loved it up there, as most people seem to, but felt here was the right place to raise their brand new baby girl.

Towne Elizabeth. What a perfect name. So cute.I love it so much! What an amazing little girl. She was virtually perfect for the whole photoshoot, which is rare.  We only had to do the pacifier trick a couple of times towards the end. Not a peep when we were placing her in bowls and on shelves and just having a great creative time with her and her parents.

Her parents were a lot of fun and had a great place for doing photographs.

Thank you Michelle and Brad for letting us come and do Townes first photographs! We really appreciate it and of course we had a great time.  Enjoy your time with your beautiful little one!

Here is a sneak peak into a few of your photographs...

Big March Savings!

Unprecedented sale for you! OK, so as many of you may know, We have been very busy the first two months of 2009. We had a very successful Bridal Show in early January, and then at the end of January, Baby Grace offices, along with Tommy, moved in with Jennifer. Let me tell you...moving is no fun task! So, we have been trying to really organize our home, office, computer, and lives now that we are all under one roof. To do this, we are needing more hard drive space. We decided to move all sessions older than 6 months to a long term storage center. So what we are prepared to do is offer anyone who is interested some great deals on past sessions!

For anyone that has had a session with us...in 2006, 2007, or 2008...we will sell you your digital images on disk, for 1/2 of our normal price...for portrait sessions...that will be $150 (normal price $300), and for weddings, that will be $375 (normal price $750). If you already pruchased the disk of your images from a session, don't worry...you are not being left out in the cold. We will offer you a 25% credit towards a future disk of digital images, or you will get 50% off any reorder. Just let us know if you are interested and we will re-post your images online for you. Hurry this offer is only good until St Patty's Day! I will warn you...we are unlikely to do a deal like this again...so it would be a good idea to get in while you can!

Portrait Parties...it's that time again! We had such a great response last year to our portrait parties...we knew we had to bring them back again. We are even going to offer a March special for them. Anyone to book at least 5 families for the party will get a free 11x14 canvas from their portrait party session. But you have to book the party for March or April. This special is only good if you book before the end of March! And anyone to book a portrait party by the end of this month for any time 2009 will receive an extra $50 credit towards your order as well. So book your party for March or April and you will receive an 11x14 Canvas Plus $50 towards your order. Book the party for after April and you will still get $50 towards your prints if you book at least 5 families. Book 10 or more families and receive $150 towards your order! The Ima, Holiday Park, Riley Park, & Holcomb Gardens are just a few places we like to shoot! If you need reminded on how the portrait parties work...look no further than our blog post on it right here.

Ella & Cameron with baby sister Harper...

Ella and Cameron were one of our first of photo sessions when Tommy and I started our new business together. We really loved that session with them. We lost track of time and felt inspired and creative. Not too mention they were both a lot of fun and really easy to work with.

It was kind of one of those perfect days. We played and took great photographs and the kids had fun.

I think we even feel like we know them better then we actually do because they have been adorning the splash page on our website for so long now...and of course many pages on the main site as well.

Yesterday we got to go to their beautiful new home and take photographs of their 3 month old Harper and the whole family. It was such a great place for photos. So much open space and wonderful window lighting all throughout.

In fact, it was tough getting Tommy to leave, because, like Tommy, Mike is a big technology junkie, and he spent a while showing us his cool gadgets and setups.

Tommy had two little helpers, Cameron & Ella, for holding the reflector. And at other times, he had to children on his feet as shoes keeping him occupied. It really was a great time had by all.

Tommy wants to go back so he can finish playing legos on the Nintendo Wii...what a cool little game concept!

Mike & heather certainly have a great home and an even better family. Keep up the good work guys! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Enjoy some photos until we get the rest finished...

...and Mary Makes Three!

Kim works at the hospital...even though we did not know each other well when I worked there I have had the privilege of taking her children's photographs a couple of times in the last 6 months or so...

What's funny is the first time we did our session this past fall I don't think Anna or Kate were real thrilled with the concept of me taking their photograph. Sometimes kids just need a little warming up. But it turns out the pictures from that session ended up being some of my favorites.

We got to go to their home yesterday to photograph the newest edition to the family, sweet little Mary. What a beautiful little baby!

Anna was so cute as usual. She spent the first 30 minutes or so hiding from Tommy and I under her covers...but she ended up coming out of her shell and shining through in some beautiful shots.

Thanks again Kim for choosing us do your family photographs! You have 3 beautiful and wonderful little girls! We hope, even though you are moving, we will be able to do some more sessions with you guys.Maybe we'll even trek up to the farm for some fun photos!

Enjoy a little preview of your photos below!
